Contractor Guidelines
Leasing Terms & Fleet Standards
Clear, honest leasing policies designed for general contractors, landscapers, utility installers, and owner-builders.
1. Jobsite Delivery & Retrieval Logistics
We operate our own dedicated fleet of tilt-bed trailers and flatbeds. Deliveries are scheduled for early morning (between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM) or custom time windows to ensure your work crew hits the ground running without waiting.
- Delivery flat rate is calculated based on distance from our regional dispatch yard.
- All machines are delivered fully washed, fueled, and greased with attachment couplers tested.
- Our driver conducts a 5-minute walkaround handover with your on-site supervisor.
2. Insurance & Certificate of Insurance (COI)
To protect both parties, we require standard proof of insurance:
- Commercial Contractors: A Certificate of Insurance naming ReadyTork Leasing Inc. as Loss Payee and Additional Insured for leased equipment.
- Residential / Homeowners: We offer a direct Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) at checkout that covers accidental damage with a low fixed deductible.
3. Maintenance & Daily Operator Responsibilities
ReadyTork covers all scheduled maintenance, engine filters, hydraulic fluid service, and normal wear-and-tear:
- Daily operator checks: Engine oil level, coolant level, track tension check, and daily pivot point greasing (grease gun supplied in cab).
- Fuel: Equipment must be returned with equal fuel level or will be refueled at standard off-road diesel market rate.
- Emergency dispatch: In the rare event of a mechanical fault, our mobile mechanic van arrives within 2 hours or we swap out the machine immediately.
4. Long-Term Leases & Rent-to-Own Programs
Need machinery for 6 to 24 months? We provide seasonal leasing and equity-accruing lease-to-own agreements with guaranteed buyout schedules.
